If we ignore the cleanliness issue (which is also important), everything else was perfect. However, the hotel's cleanliness made everything worse.
The staff at the reception and waiters were very friendly and accommodating. The cafe also had a very beautiful space with various plants, which created a lot of positive energy. The breakfast was well-presented, considering the limitations of Covid. Since my stay was for taking several difficult exams, I needed specific items like a power outlet for my laptop, etc., the reception provided them to me, which gave me peace of mind. Also, the location of the hotel is very suitable and accessible, and if you need fast food or restaurants outside the hotel, all the necessary facilities are located near the hotel. The atmosphere is also calm and lovely, and the style of the rooms is very suitable and the view to the street is very good. The hygiene services were also good and clean, and the ventilation system worked well in the severe cold. I would like to thank the management and staff of the hotel for their excellent service.
