The Grand Hotel in Maragheh, as its name suggests, is located in Maragheh, Iran’s city of astronomy. When it first opened in 1985 it was called Darya; after several years its name was changed to Bozorg, and following renovations in 2010 its rating rose from three to four stars. The environment is quiet and clean with respectful staff. I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel.
The hotel has a hall and the sound of music from the hall is completely felt in the rooms, so if you are looking for peace, do not choose this hotel, especially on holidays. It may be difficult to believe, but the 4-star hotel had a clean Globba bed without sheets, which was unique in itself. In general, it seems that the management of the hotel does not have any familiarity with the standards of a 4-star hotel.
Overall, everything was good, thank you to the respected hotel management.
First, let's talk about the positives. Positive aspects: Suitable behavior of employees. Very good variety of breakfast. Negative aspects: The sound of the wedding hall until midnight, although our room was on the 4th floor and at the back, but the sound still came. Other tourists' noise also, from 11am to 9pm two families were talking loudly, which I complained about twice, and after that it calmed down. If being outside is important for you, please mention it. The room was given to us with a wall in front of the window, so we had no view. Maybe because we booked through Travital. As for cleanliness, they don't come themselves unless you ask them. In any case, there are not many choices in Grand Hotel for a hotel. Grand Hotel is a beautiful city with kind people, and you will have a good time.

I went in winter, and the price of the hotel was very low. It is probably more expensive in summer. It was one of the good hotels that I have experienced in many trips. I recommend this hotel to others.
This is the fifth time I have stayed in this hotel. There are some shortcomings, but it is really a different hotel to choose from, but it was unbearable in summer, but it was hot and good in autumn. The staff say that they are really very good and helpful
