We arrived at 8 pm, the reception staff were very kind. They were really friendly. The room was clean and well-equipped in terms of facilities and cleanliness. The breakfast was varied. The serving of dishes was good. Free hot water was also available in the hotel. The hotel staff respected the privacy of the guests during their stay and at breakfast and while moving around. The location of the hotel was convenient to Naqsh-e Jahan Square and shopping centers. The only thing I could criticize about the hotel was that the toilet located on each floor was not cleaned during our stay. This is also a matter that should be addressed.

Excellent breakfast
If you are going to use the hotel's towel, why is it left in the hotel? They said that if the towel is used, a cost of 300 toman will be charged. I will never use this hotel again because their towels are not washed.
