Reviews
Overall, most guests expressed satisfaction with the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and the friendly attitude of a large portion of its staff. Recent reviews also indicate that this hotel is a popular choice for those seeking a relaxing stay and easy access to attractions. However, several recent reviews describe the breakfast quality and restaurant service as being below expectations, and some recurring issues related to parking, ventilation, and room size have been noted. Overall, the hotel is considered acceptable, and even good value for money by many guests, although there are areas that require improvement.
- Convenient location: Close to Khajeh Bridge and easy access to tourist attractions is a major advantage.
- Good cleanliness: The cleanliness of the rooms, services, and the overall hotel has been praised.
- Friendly staff: Many guests have appreciated the courteous, friendly, and responsive behavior of the staff.
- Quiet environment: The hotel's atmosphere is often described as quiet and suitable for relaxation.
- Good value for money: For a significant number of guests, the hotel represents a good value for the price paid.
- Acceptable room amenities: Some reviews mention satisfactory equipment, stylish decor, and room facilities.
- Poor breakfast quality and variety: This is the most frequently cited complaint, and is evident in recent reviews.
- Lack of or limited parking: The lack of parking spaces or related issues are recurring problems.
- Ventilation and/or heating/cooling issues: Some guests have reported excessive heat, cold, loud air conditioning systems, or malfunctioning cooling units.
- Small size of some rooms: Some guests have complained about the cramped space, lack of windows, or stuffy rooms.
- Weaknesses in restaurant and room service: The absence of room service, poor food quality, or additional charges are among the negative points mentioned.
- Inconsistent handling in some cases: Delayed check-in, poor response at reception, or incomplete processing of requests are observed in some reviews.
Excellent location, good breakfast, and the hotel's facilities were acceptable given its three-star rating.
No negative points, just that the person who brought the suitcase to the room entered completely, and training/instruction is needed in this regard. Also, considering the large number of guests during peak times, the hotel's restaurant and breakfast area are very small, which requires a long wait time for breakfast.
In my opinion, it is a good hotel. If the breakfast variety and quality, especially hot dishes, are increased, it would be great. The price should also be lower. I don't think it's up to 4-star standards yet.
Friendly staff and clean rooms, easy access and a quiet place.
It was good.
Overall, I was satisfied, especially because I cared about the hygiene of the bathroom, it was great.
Great experience.
The staff's attitude was always threatening.
The second time I came to this hotel. The hotel's facilities were good, and the staff were very polite. Unfortunately, on this occasion, when I had informed that I needed help in taking my luggage inside the car (about 15-20 minutes), but no one helped me.
I don't recommend staying here. First, when booking, I paid for an extra bed or sofa, but when checking in, I was asked to pay again for the sofa. Second, the sheets were old and worn. Third, there was no parking, although it was written that there was.
