The mattresses are not very comfortable and need to be replaced, and the entire hotel should be renovated according to the beautiful architecture. The renovation can say that all standards are met but with old equipment which needs to be replaced.
Good staff response, clean rooms, access to water and city center, excellent heating system, complete and excellent breakfast. Only the bad smell from the toilet was disturbing.
We have always had a wonderful experience in this complex - I recommend it to everyone - but I advise the owners and senior management of the Laleh Hotel group, given such complexes, it is a waste to treat them carelessly. The staff of each complex carefully maintain these, so that they can be used by everyone. We are happy that you have made the most effort to renovate and update your facilities, thank you.

We had a very good stay and the only negative point that made our stay difficult was the hot air in Laleh Hotel during this season and the lack of cooling facilities except for a fan in the hotel. I hope this issue is resolved.
