Despite its excellent location and convenient access to the sea and shopping centers, which are key strengths of this hotel, many guests have complained about the hotel not meeting the standards of a 5-star establishment. Numerous issues have been reported, including outdated and damaged facilities, inadequate cleanliness in certain areas of the hotel, poor quality breakfast, and, in some cases, malfunctioning air conditioning systems. However, the friendly and attentive service provided by the staff has always been appreciated by guests.

- Non-compliance with 5-star standards: Many guests felt that the hotel was only a 3-star property and did not justify its 5-star price.
- Breakfast quality: Breakfast was typically described as average, repetitive, and of poor quality.
- Amenities: Issues reported included lack of high-speed internet, kettles, limited refrigerator options, malfunctioning air conditioning, and frequent power outages.

Unfortunately, despite my previous good experience, during Ordibehesht, the hotel was in very poor condition with numerous issues.
Overall, considering the price compared to the services provided, I do not recommend it.

Truly terrible. Dirty, old, with broken facilities and poor service. It doesn't even meet the standards of a three-star hotel.
A very ordinary three-star hotel that is ridiculously overpriced.
At best, this is a two- or three-star hotel charging five-star prices. I'm disappointed with the irresponsible hotel manager who, despite acknowledging the shortcomings, continues to rent these poor-quality rooms at five-star rates.
