Contrary to what many have complained about, despite my being very sensitive to hotel issues, I didn't find any problems.

The Shahan Hotel is of very low quality compared to other hotels and should not be compared to them. In this city, more than the star rating, the age of the hotel matters. There is a lack of tourism and minimal amenities throughout the city.
