The property was home to various Christian families until 2016, when it was transformed into a café and restaurant, and it opened its doors to guests as a traditional residence in 2018.

The accommodation is really nice. We always choose this one in Minas Traditional Residence.
The space of the Safavi Hotel is very charming and large. The cleanliness of the room and the area is very good. The hotel's location is in a quiet and beautiful place, and there is no noise in that area. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. There is parking next to the hotel and it is open. Breakfast is not self-service and provided by the hotel. It does not have much variety but it is sufficient. Due to the few rooms in the hotel and the fact that we went at a time when there were very few travelers, it can be justified. I gave full marks because of the cleanliness of the complex, the good behavior of the staff, the large size of the rooms with respect to its historical nature, and the quiet place.
Given that I chose this accommodation for my honeymoon, they created a good memory for me and I will definitely choose this accommodation for future trips.

I've been here for the 4th time and I was satisfied. The charming space and excellent access make me choose it every time, but this time the cleanliness of the rooms wasn't as good as before and it had decreased compared to the price that has increased. The variety of breakfast has not changed and I expect that with the increase in price, there should be more variety in the breakfast. Thank you all.
The space is very beautiful. Our room was large, luxurious and clean. It has a friendly and charming atmosphere and is full of good vibes and peace. Given the price, it is worth it and we had a great experience. Close to the Church of Vank and the beautiful stone streets of the Stone Carver neighborhood. I recommend at least one night.
